Join us for a healing sound bath and guided mediation
On the 2nd & 4th Sundays of the Month we have a healing sound journey at The Divine Life Playhouse with themes of exploration and time to deeply rest your body in the healing frequency of sound.
Everything is provided. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, eye mask or journal if you would like to write down your reflections before or after our circle.
